Your Role

By listening, anticipating needs, and guiding customers through their time at Caffeine & Machine, you’ll create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and care. Whether it’s helping a colleague, delivering amazing service, or learning more about our menu, you’ll be at the heart of what makes C&M unique.
Core Responsibilities:
Inspiring PEOPLE Happiness – Be yourself, show customers what makes you and them unique, and mentor Newbies along the way.
Consistent CUSTOMER Satisfaction – Maintain impeccable standards, adapt to customer cues, and deliver consistently high Mystery Dining results.
Generating SALES Growth – Capture transactions, run orders, and share your passion for the menu while guiding customers to the perfect items.
Optimising PROFIT Results – Ensure every drink or dish meets our high standards, assist with rushes, and lend a hand in other areas as needed.
