Shape the future of market regulation and reporting transformationThe RoleCapco is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing FRRF capability, with a focus on Trade & Transaction Reporting. You\’ll help financial institutions navigate complex regulatory obligations and deliver change programmes related to market regulations such as MiFID, EMIR, CSDR, SFTR, HKMA, MAS, and CFTC.
What You\’ll Do
Deliver trade and transaction reporting change initiatives, from impact assessments to implementation and remediation
Support clients in meeting compliance deadlines and enhancing regulatory control frameworks
Lead or contribute to operating model reviews and cost optimisation projects
Analyse market regulations to design target state architectures and identify RegTech opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver strategic regulatory change programmes
What We\’re Looking For
Capital markets knowledge with front-to-back understanding of functions like Front Office, Risk, Compliance, and Operations
Product understanding across OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, and Equities
Experience delivering change programmes tied to transaction reporting regulations
Ability to translate regulatory developments into business opportunities and transformation strategies
Skilled communicator with stakeholder engagement experience across AVP to MD levels

Prior consultancy background or industry experience leading regulatory-driven change
Expertise in operating model design, business integration, or technology transformation
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and reporting architectures
