Marina Operative

Are you passionate about boats and looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic marina environment? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Yard Operative to support our client’s Yard Manager with the day-to-day operations of our busy boatyard and racking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate boat and telescopic handling equipment to safely lift and launch boats.
2. Maximise boatyard space through efficient allocation.
3. Assist with general maintenance to keep the site in top condition.
4. Help with servicing yard equipment.
5. Ensure all tasks are completed to high standards, working independently or as part of a team.

Candidate Profile:

• Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Passion for the marine environment.
• Desire to grow within a professional community.
• Ambition to be part of a company with big plans.

Working Hours:

Typically from 0800 to 1630 with 30 mins for lunch; weekend work on a roster basis. Flexibility to work outside these hours may be required.
