Position: Caretaker/Site Manager

Pay Range: Scale 1 Point 2

Contract Type: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, during term time, non-pupil days, and 3 weeks during holidays

Salary: Scale 1 Point 2, starting from £8,847.18

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively
• Working as part of a team to prepare the school for the next day

Ideal Candidate:

• Trustworthy, punctual, and proud of their work
• Understanding the importance of hygiene and safety in a school
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Flexible and adaptable to school needs
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential; training provided
