Showroom Host

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a polished, articulate, and well-presented individual to take on the role of Showroom Host for our Toyota Dealership in Bristol. The hours of work follow a weekly rota:

Week 1

Wednesday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Week 2

Monday and Tuesday, 8am to 6pm, as well as Saturday, 8am to 5pm.

This isn’t your typical Receptionist role; at the forefront of our dealership, the Showroom Hosts play an integral part in running a smooth and organized front of house. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so it is essential that you are polite, approachable, and self-motivated to create a great first impression of our business.

Role and Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the dealership and introducing customers to the relevant staff.
• Receiving inbound telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Supporting departments with customer events and promotions.
• Performing ad hoc administrative duties.

• You will take pride in working in a customer-facing role, ideally with a proven record of providing an excellent customer journey.
• You are confident in meeting new people daily and building quick rapport to make a positive first impression.
• You have a confident, customer-oriented approach to your role.
• You possess a strong desire to deliver the best customer service possible, creating a positive first impression of our dealership.
