Estimator Our client is a building contractor, specialising in healthcare, commercial, and education projects valued from £50,000 to £6,500,000, delivered via Design & Build or pre-designed methods. They also specialise in the medical imaging sector, collaborating with public and private healthcare organisations and equipment providers across the UK. Due to company growth, our client is looking to bring an experienced Estimator in to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the Pre-Construction team in preparing competitive tender submissions for the Construction work stream, utilising a mix of trade package subcontract enquiries and first-principles pricing methods. What's in it for you? Monday to Friday – 08:00-5:00 (Predominantly based in the office but occasional travel and overnight stays could be required).
