Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest\’s experience in our club.
• Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club.
• Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
• Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Stay up to date with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these.
• Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor activities.
• Experience the products and services on offer.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, actively contributing to the upkeep of the club with team support.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
