Detailed description
What is Moving Forward?
We recognize that support needs continue beyond treatment. Our Moving Forward services offer information and support for those living with and beyond breast cancer, helping them approach life after treatment with confidence.
Courses typically span two consecutive weeks, led by a Moving Forward Facilitator in partnership with NHS hospitals, supplemented by online resources.

Skills and qualities required:
- Personal diagnosis of primary breast cancer, at least 6 months post-treatment
- Empathy and understanding of issues faced by breast cancer patients
- Confident communicator and active listener with a non-judgmental attitude
