About the Role: Senior Account Manager We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager with business proficiency in Dutch to manage a number of existing high-value accounts in the Benelux market (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). The focus will be on building relationships with C-Level executives and transitioning clients from perpetual licenses to subscription-based SaaS bundles. You will drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to support revenue growth. This role involves direct engagement with customers, presenting value propositions, and ensuring client satisfaction. It combines strategic account management with hands-on sales execution, working on solutions that address complex business challenges. Responsibilities: Customer Focus: Lead efforts to optimize the overall customer experience, leveraging your language skills, business insights, and sales expertise to build relationships with key decision-makers in the Benelux market.
