We are seeking a Part-Time, skilled, and experienced Barista to join our team at WatchHouse Bishopsgate.

The ideal candidate will be genuine, confident, and skilled, ready to introduce customers to the Modern Coffee experience using top-tier equipment.

Key Aspects of the role:

• Work as part of your House team to create a vibrant, sociable environment.
• Serve coffee and food, reflecting our diverse offerings, and support your team as needed.
• Provide outstanding hospitality, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Work flexible hours from 6am to 6pm, with training provided.
• Handle opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness and organization, and pay attention to detail.
• Serve high-quality coffee with speed and precision, maintaining brand standards and consistency.

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous coffee experience in a fast-paced specialty environment.
• A proven track record in hospitality, punctuality, adaptability, and hard work.
• Strong team-player skills and the ability to work alongside skilled colleagues.
