As Fabrication Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership: Managing and motivating the fabrication team to meet production targets safely and efficiently.

Safety Management: Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safe systems of work.

Operational Oversight: Coordinating plant, materials, and equipment to meet production demands.

Training and Development: Supporting the team with training, including apprentices, to ensure high standards of safety and competence.

Compliance and Documentation: Completing all required paperwork, including permits and safety records, accurately and on time.
