We are currently recruiting for a Meetings and Events Waiter/ess to join our Meetings & Events Operations Team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. This position is offered on a zero hours basis.

Overview:

As a Meetings and Events Waiter/ess, you will ensure the smooth operation of meeting and event services alongside the Event Managers, maintaining high standards of attention to detail and service excellence.

About You:

• Previous experience in meetings and events operations or a busy, quality-driven restaurant environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage, with awareness of current trends.
