This role will be based at The Old Rectory in Stickney, Lincolnshire. The home caters to 42 residents with various age-related conditions, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions, including some with Dementia. We focus on reablement to help residents achieve maximum independence and recovery. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of individual abilities.

Responsibilities of our part time Housekeeper:

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Vacuuming and cleaning floors
• Deep cleaning dining areas, bathrooms, and toilets
• Assisting the Hotel Services team with additional cleaning tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and completing documentation

A genuine caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents’ privacy.
