The role

Our client, a fast-growing, forward-thinking Bristol business, is seeking a switched-on Sales Administrator to anchor their lively operations hub. You’ll pair meticulous order-processing with quick, clear communication, partnering with a national, field-based sales team and a supportive senior leadership group to shepherd every enquiry from first hello to after-care. Keep the quotes flowing, the data spotless, and the diaries clash-free, and you’ll be rewarded with a mapped-out career path, one-to-one coaching, and calendar-worthy socials in smart city venues.

What you’ll do

  • Guide enquiries from quote to order, keeping tenders and renewals on track.
  • Keep HubSpot, Zendesk and NetSuite tidy and up to date, and pull together straightforward dashboards when the numbers need a voice.
  • Look after price lists, partner materials and renewal trackers, flagging any changes for the team.
  • Arrange travel, meetings and quarterly business reviews for a mainly field-based sales team, making sure diaries stay clash-free.
  • Pick up inbound calls, emails and Zendesk tickets, steering each one to the right person so conversations flow smoothly.
  • Lend a hand with events and small process tweaks that make the next admin task a little easier.

What you’ll bring

  • Solid experience in sales support or commercial administration—you’re comfortable managing quotes, orders and renewals.
  • A keen eye for detail, tidy organisation skills and clear written English.
  • Confident Excel skills (think pivot tables and look-ups) and ease with CRMs/ERPs; any time spent in HubSpot, Zendesk or NetSuite is a welcome plus.
  • A calm, proactive approach when plans or priorities change.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car for the occasional visit or event.
  • Nice-to-have: experience creating MI reports or turning raw data into simple insights.
