£45,000 – £55,000 + bonus | Ashford, Kent | Full-Time Office-Based (1 days WFH considered)

1 in 4 weekends + 1 late shift

With a multi-million-pound centre expansion underway, this is your chance to help shape world-class customer experiences and deliver impactful, insight-led marketing campaigns.

The Role:

• Deliver local marketing plans aligned with global brand strategy
• Manage PR, digital and creative agency relationships
• Drive awareness, footfall, and retail performance through campaigns and events
• Oversee budget and report on marketing performance & ROI
• Build strong local partnerships and stakeholder engagement

Your Experience:

• Strong Marketing Managerial experience
• Strong understanding of both digital and traditional channels
• Commercial mindset with budget and reporting experience
• Organised, hands-on and creative approach

Package:

• £45,000 – £55,000
• Ashford, Kent – 1-day WFH could be considered
• Discretionary bonus – up to 25%
