We are looking to recruit creative, self-motivating and resourceful individuals with a willingness to go the extra mile to provide personalised support to individuals with a learning disability at one of our Trafford services, based in Altrincham.
You will possess excellent communication skills, be resilient, energetic and adaptable to meet individual needs of the people we support. Good knowledge of the local community is essential.
Relief Support Worker Duties:
- A commitment to making a positive difference in individuals\’ lives
- Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
- Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
- Work safely and responsibly without direct supervision in service user\’s own home
We are looking for candidates from all walks of life. A minimum of twelve months previous care experience is essential for this role, as is a passion for providing person-centred care and support in a bright, friendly environment! A clean driving licence is also essential alongside the willingness to drive service users\’ cars.
As a Creative Support Relief Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service, including directions. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
