Paediatric Nurse (RSCN)

Job Description

MedGen is seeking experienced Paediatric Nurses to provide high-quality care to children in a variety of healthcare settings. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing care while ensuring the safety and well-being of young patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional nursing care to paediatric patients.
2. Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes effectively.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and family members.
5. Provide emotional and educational support to patients and their families.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with NMC registration (Paediatric specialism required).
• Proven experience in paediatric nursing (hospital, community, or home care).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different environments.
• Up-to-date BLS/ALS and safeguarding training.
