Volunteer Trustee at York Women\’s Counselling Service

Join our dedicated team as a Trustee at York Women\’s Counselling Service and make a meaningful difference in our community.

We are seeking enthusiastic, positive, and committed women to help guide and support our organization. Skills in counselling or psychological therapy are particularly desirable, along with experience in operations management, HR, fundraising, communications, or IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insight and support to our staff team
• Help develop and expand our services
• Ensure good governance and organizational effectiveness

About You

We welcome applications from women with experience in counselling, psychotherapy, operational HR, fundraising, finance, communications, or management. We value diversity and encourage first-time trustees and under-represented groups to apply, helping us reach all parts of our community.
