Position Overview

Location: Ashbourne

Salary: Up to Β£27,500

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Role Description

Support children with learning disabilities in daily routines, personal care, emotional development, and social interactions. Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to create a nurturing environment. Participate in educational and recreational activities, contribute to care plans, and ensure safety and safeguarding.

Candidate Profile

Experience with children or young people with learning disabilities is desirable. A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) is advantageous. Patience, resilience, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
