Job Opportunity: Administrator/Customer Service Assistant
We are excited to offer an opportunity to work for a family-based organisation in the Hemel Hempstead area as an Administrator/Customer Service Assistant.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Controller in communicating with clients and engineers to ensure jobs are completed correctly.
- Manage all necessary paperwork from job inception to invoicing.
- Learn and utilize the company\’s CRM system.
- Interact with a diverse range of clients.
- Maintain high organisation and adaptability within a small office environment.
Benefits: Salary between £26,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience. Breakfast provided, and gym membership after probation completion.
