These outstanding services are provided across the UK. We require a hard Working Working Foreman to join our Fitout department. Our clients extend into companies within the top 10 globally in their respective fields. The Role Successful applicants will be responsible for; · Ensure that all safety standards and job specifications are met. · From start to finish, coordinate and manage construction projects. · The management and monitoring of contractors to ensure the work is completed on schedule and to the required quality. · Making sure the client’s specifications and requirements are met by overseeing and supervising the project (or package). · Plant and material selection. · Inspecting the safety of the team and ensuring a safe work environment. Skills & Qualifications You will possess the following essential skills and qualifications: · Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) · CDM Regulations · A good understanding of building regulations and methods · The ability to read and understand plans and programmes is essential · A qualification in management or equivalent work experience is required · Exceptional communication skills
