Our client a leading and busy £750m contractor operating within the commercial, life sciences, healthcare, datacentre and pharmaceutical project sectors within the UK and Europe require a M&E lead to deliver a £70m life sciences project based in Berkshire. The desired individual will be suitably qualified preferably degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with the relevant accreditations and over 8 years expeirence of managing multi million pound projects at a senior/lead level from a healthcare, pharmaceutical or commercial project sector background with the ability to work and commute to West Surrey, Berkshire and Oxforshire areas as required. Your responsibilities will be as below You will manage the M&E aspects of the project by providing weekly reports and updates to the Project Director and the Client. Leading role to drive productivity by following weekly and daily work plans C oordinate design work with team and subcontractors Supervise the progress of ongoing work Ensure Quality and Safety measures are achieved and managed effectively Monitor labour tracking sheets Oversee and coordinate the Mechanical installation of the development Engage with project stakeholders including client
