Choice Services (Ireland) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Choice Housing, is a leading provider of response repairs and maintenance services for over 10,000 residential properties across Northern Ireland and 500 homes in Greater Dublin. Since its establishment in 2017, the business has grown rapidly, achieving an annual turnover of approximately £10m and employing over 100 staff. Choice Services now delivers around 80% of day-to-day repairs for Choice Housing and plays an increasing role in supporting the core business. We are seeking up to two new voluntary Board Members to join our governance team and help shape the strategic direction of the business. Board Members will support the senior leadership team in delivering a growth agenda that prioritises value for money, net zero, developing communities and exceptional customer service. We are particularly interested in candidates with senior management experience in areas such as facilities management, maintenance, health and safety compliance, PFI/PPP, or customer relationship management. Ideal candidates will have experience at senior executive or director/partner level within large-scale private companies, public bodies, third-sector organisations, or professional services firms. You should bring strong commercial acumen, a clear understanding of risk management and a solid appreciation of governance principles to help drive sustainable success. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a socially impactful organisation. Board meetings are held bi-monthly, and the role is non-remunerated.
