Looking to work outdoors, stay active, and make your local area greener and cleaner? Join a dedicated Grounds Maintenance team in the Market Harborough area with an immediate start available!

Working as a Grounds operative, you must be able to work at a fast but safe pace, using your own initiative, and be confident operating grounds maintenance tools like hedge trimmers and strimmer. You’ll be part of a team responsible for maintaining public spaces, parks, and cemeteries, keeping the community clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities include:
• Mowing grassed areas
• Trimming bushes and hedges
• Maintaining public parks and spaces
• Fly-tip removal
• Weeding
• Cemetery maintenance

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.21 per hour.Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.We do not provide visa Sponsorships.

Working Hours: This position is from Monday to Friday starting at 07:30 to 16:30

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in an outdoors/gardening role is required. Due to location and the job, you must have your own car for this position.
