Joining a young and growing high-end residential practice with newly secured listed building projects in Belgravia and South Kensington. This is a remote position for a London-based Architect, offering flexibility and autonomy while working on some of the capital's most prestigious homes.
The practice works across two project types: high-end residential schemes in prime central London (including full architecture, interiors and FF&E), and smaller new-build developments throughout Surrey. With a pipeline of Grade II-listed projects in RBKC and beyond, they are now looking for a talented Architect to work directly alongside the founder and help shape the practice's future.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
- Work independently on listed building projects, primarily in Kensington & Chelsea
- Attend weekly site and client meetings in London
- Produce drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Coordinate consultants and contractors
- Contribute to interior and FF&E packages as required
- Help mentor junior staff as the team grows
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in listed building projects; RBKC experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- London-based and able to meet on site weekly
- ARB registration not essential - experience is what matters most
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
