Job Title: Receptionist

A leading chambers based in the City is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be conscientious with excellent communication skills, managing the front of house desk, and providing a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for visitors, HNW clients, and barristers. The role also involves assisting with administrative and hospitality functions. We are looking for a well-presented individual, ideally with some experience in a front of house or customer-facing role within a professional environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Meeting and greeting visitors
  2. Answering the phone and gatekeeping
  3. Organising meeting rooms
  4. In-house hospitality
  5. Managing mail and deliveries
  6. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider team

Candidate requirements:

  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Can-do attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
