We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in CT9 Area. Our clients require skilled individuals with experience in supporting people with complex disabilities, including but not limited to autism, sensory impairments, and other associated needs. As a Support Worker, you will be providing essential care and assistance, ensuring the well-being and independence of our clients. This role requires a person who is patient, empathetic, and experienced in working with individuals who have unique and complex care requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex disabilities * Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation * Support individuals in developing and maintaining life skills and independence * Promote inclusion and participation in social and recreational activities * Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and family members * Maintain accurate records and provide feedback on care plans Key Requirements: * Experience working with individuals with complex disabilities such as autism and sensory impairments * A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to care * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication skills * Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) Desirable: * Full UK driving license * MAPA/CPI Certificate * Peg Feeding Practical Training Careat is a company that has a 37-year pedigree, we offer many benefits recognising you as a professional.
