Job Role – Care Supervisor Salary – £30k – £34k plus Bonus for 35 hours a week Location – Lancashire Monday – Friday with some flexibility needed
Overview as a Care supervisor you will be able to supervise and lead staff team confidently, acting as a mentor for new staff and supporting and encouraging peers and support with liaising with managers as well as being able to lead by example supporting the service users. – Staff Rota preparation – Risk Assessments – Being part of an \’on call\’ rota for the service -new service user admission – involved in service user review meetings – arranging cover for staff holidays and absences – staff supervisions
What do you need to apply for this role
– Evidence of strong leadership skills – Understanding of Health and Social care sector – Worked in similar setting – Understanding CQC compliance – Positive role model – Ideally NVQ level 3 in health and social care – Not essential more desirable
