Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Aspire Business Centre, Tidworth

Your Role:

  • To guarantee the Aspire entities supplier invoices are processed, and supplier queries dealt with in a timely manner.
  • To oversee that all invoice queries in the financial system are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To liaise where necessary with central and garrison finance teams, internal and external customers and external suppliers.
  • To ensure compliance with Aspire finance policies, processes and procedures.
  • Assist the Transaction Processing Manager with any ad hoc duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Educated to good GCSE level with a strong understanding (Intermediate Level) of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience: Previous experience in accounts Payable/Transaction Processing role, strong knowledge of VAT, and familiarity with accounts processes.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with excellent numerate and analytical skills.
  • Skills: Have excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • An excellent communicator in both written and verbal communication.
  • Is a positive, enthusiastic team player but also works well independently.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
