Scope of the Role:
- Your mission is to uncover user needs and turn them into viable innovation projects.
- You will guide early product research, prototyping, and business case development across multiple EMEA markets.
- Lead customer discovery and concept development for plumbing innovations.
- Run ideation workshops and build proof-of-concept prototypes.
- Create business cases with market analysis and commercial rationale.
- Partner with universities, research agencies, and global teams.
- Maintain design intent from discovery through to industrialisation.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Product Design Engineering.
- Strong product development experience with a user-centred mindset.
- Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks essential; Creo desirable).
- Experience in prototyping and early-stage concept testing.
- Background in water systems or plastic components is advantageous.
