Are you an experienced vet with at least 2-3 years' experience looking for a role in a friendly, progressive practice with low staff turnover, a supportive client base, and an established caseload? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
About Us
We are a well-equipped, 3-site practice with a talented team of vets, nurses, and client care professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent care. As a VN training practice, we regularly host veterinary students and actively support ongoing training and development. Many of our vets hold or are working towards certificates, enabling us to offer certificate-led referrals in surgery, cardiology, and endoscopy.
Located close to Oxford, London, and the picturesque Cotswolds, our branches offer the perfect mix of convenience and countryside charm.

- Flexible Rota: Work-life balance is key. Enjoy a 40-hour, 4-day week (full-time), no night work, no inpatient checks, and no Sundays or bank holidays. Saturdays are on a manageable 1:3 rota. We are also open to part-time applicants.
- Certificate Support: We would love to support a certificate, or if you already have a certificate we are keen to support that further and build a caseload in your chosen area with internal or external referrals. We also have several certificate holders already.
- Time to Care: We focus on quality, with 20-minute consults (longer for complex cases) and scheduled admin time. This ensures you can build strong client relationships and deliver excellent clinical care.
- Supportive Environment: Staff wellbeing is a top priority. We have a mental health first aider and wellbeing champion on-site, plus CVS-funded regular social events to foster team spirit. We also enforce a zero-tolerance policy on abuse to keep our workplace safe and welcoming.

- Competitive Salary: Up to £65k DOE (pro rata).
- Generous Leave: Up to 7 weeks holiday + bank holidays (buy/sell scheme). Receive an extra day off per year for each year of service (up to 5 years).
