Senior Management Accountant Norfolk £65,000 Isaac James Associates is delighted to be working with a leading FMCG business to identify a Senior Management Accountant to join their site in Norfolk. This is a fast-paced role, managing a team of accountants and reporting to the Site Director and Group FD, and forms a vital part of the management team. We are looking for a highly commercial individual with previous FMCG experience and the ability to influence internal stakeholders in a professional manner, as well as managing the onsite finance team. Overall responsibilities will include: * Ownership of the financial reporting system. * Weekly and monthly P&L’s with the relevant commercial variance analysis. * Ownership of the budgetary cycle and appropriate comparison analysis to real-time results. * Liaise with the internal Audit team on controls, including SOX.
