Are you ready to showcase your skills and make a meaningful impact? We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager in either the Revenues or Enforcement sector, who is eager to learn, develop and play an important role in supporting the community of Birmingham.

This welcoming and supportive role provides hands-on experience in:

  • Managing a team of Revenues and/or enforcement officers
  • Communication both written and verbal as you interact with the public, businesses, colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Teamwork and independent decision-making, managing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Data analysis, forecast planning, preparation and presentation of data to elected members and senior management
  • Supporting city-wide initiatives and working directly with experienced professionals
