The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 £ per year.
· To ensure all the set up’s are correct for each meeting to the clients specifications
· Work closely with the C&E Operations Manager to deliver an exemplary service to all our guests in a friendly and professional manner
· Supervise a large team and large events whilst delivering exceptional customer service
· Have full understanding of how to read a function sheet
· Set up the basic Audio Visual requirements, LCD projector & OHP
· Work closely with the C&E Sales team to ensure that customers requirements are consistently and competently delivered.
· Run briefing sessions with team members.
· Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs of the Food and Beverage outlets.
We are excited to be recruiting for enthusiastic and open-minded Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager who will ensure exceptional quality and service is maintained within our conference & events operation. You will be someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a high volume, fast moving environment, with a high energy and multicultural team. Previous conference & events supervisory and team management experience are a requirement of this role. This is great opportunity to explore and be part of an exciting concept that will enable you to challenge and enhance your skills and experience., You will be a positive, enthusiastic and resourceful individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to plan, prioritise, multi task and self manage, without constant supervision. Flexibility, adaptability and attention to detail are also key requirements of the role.
Previous experience is desirable, along with a proactive approach, strong drive for results and a track record of achievement, along with the ability to network at all levels.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
