Our client is a world leading producer that is dedicated to producing products that’s quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a Instrumentation Supervisor to join their close knit team. With sites across the world they provide genuine opportunities for progression.
Role & Responsibilities:
Resolve Mechanical and process related issues and breakdowns on site
Manage the stock of spare parts and equipment held on site and accurate stock management via SAP
Deal with fault finding and repairs to site equipment
Prepare isolations for maintenance activities and issue Permit-to-Work documentation
Prepare & review site work instructions, procedures, workplace risk assessments
Recognised instrumentation apprenticeship or qualifications
Oil & Gas, Chemical, Gas processing operational working experience
Operational knowledge of industrial plant and process control systems – Siemens & ABB, instrumentation including maintenance & calibration, quality systems on production sites
Read & interpret engineering documents, operation and manufacturing instructions & procedure manuals
Strong safety mindset and focus on operating practices
Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
£38,000 – £40,000 + 5% Bonus
39hr week (Monday – Thursday 8.00am-4.00pm, Friday 8.00am-3.00pm)
