Location: Homebased within reasonable travel distance of East, North and West London, Essex and Hertfordshire

Salary Package: £44,756 per annum (increasing to £49,729 in 18 months) + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance + £4,184 London Weighting (if eligible)

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable fostering charities in West London in order to help them find a Fostering Recruitment Manager. They have been rated one of the top 5 best social care charities to work for in the UK therefore they are a great employer with family friendly policies, supporting work-life balance of the social workers, and many benefits. This role is working from home, however you will be required to travel to East, North and West London, Essex and Hertfordshire therefore being a driver and having access to your own car is a must.

Responsibilities of the Fostering Recruitment Manager:

  • Managing local recruitment in line with the strategy
  • Supervising and managing the fostering recruitment officer and the assessing social workers
  • Collaborate with local foster carers to support and organise recruitment events

Requirements:

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of National Minimum standards and fostering regulations
  • Must be a registered qualified social worker
  • Fostering experience and recruitment and assessment experience is required
