Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage change and variations on £120m+ mixed use scheme in London

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 5 years who have requirement for a Senior Surveyor to work as an essential part of the commercial no 1 on a £120m new build mixed use project under JCT contract. You will be working as part of a commercial team with on site managing Change and Variations. The project is currently on site, with further procurement to complete and will run for a further 24 months. This is a full time site based position.

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. You will come from a Main contractor background, and be competent in managing change and variations. You will be highly motivated and ambitious as there is opportunity to progress your career with the team, whilst working on a commercially successful project.

• Degree in a construction related subject
• Experience with another main contractor
• Ideally client facing experience
• Experience managing high levels of change and variations
