Concierge

We are currently looking for a concierge to work on our clients prestigious site in Westminster. This role will involve you being the first point of contact for all people entering the building and then ensuring they receive a 5* service in being greeted and giving instructions on where to go next in the building. The concierge role is working four days per week either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday working from 7am until 5pm. This is a temporary to permanent contract working on an hourly rate between £15ph – £17ph. Concierge Westminster, London £15ph – £17ph Temporary to permanent Responsibilities: Welcoming and greeting incoming visitors and clients Directing and escorting visitors to the right area accordingly Helping with general enquiries and directions Monitoring front of the building to help with preventing any security issues Monitor CCTV systems We are looking for candidates that ideally have the below: SIA license Experience working in security or concierge of commercial property Excellent communication and customer service skills IT Literate ** DUE TO THE LEVELS OF APPLICATIONS, ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
