After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training. You will learn valuable skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes, including our current CEO. This approach allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand their significant role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a well-rounded training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.

As you progress, more opportunities will become available. You can choose to continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years. Alternatively, explore other exciting options within Enterprise, including Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make business decisions impacting your career and the company’s bottom line. You’ll develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn what it takes to run a profitable business. Delivering exceptional customer service will also be key.

We will teach you effective communication, influence, and interaction skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You’ll learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management. These skills will enable you to market to local business partners and build lasting relationships with decision makers. You’ll also learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff, with development rewarded through pay increases and promotions.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
  • You must have a full manual UK driving licence, with accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to disability.
  • No drug or alcohol-related offences on your driving record within the last five years.
