In particular, Harris & Co, our business operating in Leeds is looking for its next group of motivated individuals to join their successful team.
About the Position
- Position title: Recruitment Consultant
- Location: Leeds, UK
- This is an entry-level position for graduates or those with no prior recruitment experience.
- You’ll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on the US market.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Headhunting for Executives and specialists within your market.
- Taking screening calls with candidates.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes organising interviews & providing feedback from them.
- Supporting both candidate and client through offer negotiation.
Business Development:
- Utilising methods and tools to attract new clients and business.
- Developing current clients and building out market presence.
Recruitment isn’t a typical 9-5 and you can expect to work the occasional hours outside the scheduled hours - the more you put in the greater the reward.
