Lead and inspire a team of Business Analysts, fostering growth and embedding a culture of learning to drive improvements across the organisation. This is an exceptional chance to empower others through coaching and mentorship, shaping both individual careers and the future of customer experience.

Our client is a prominent organisation within the not-for-profit sector. They are a national organisation, deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community. Operating out of West Yorkshire, they pride themselves on fostering an inclusive and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and embedding of improvement culture and new ways of working.
  • Build a library of artifacts and improvement tools such as frameworks, practical workflows, templates etc.
  • Inspire, coach and manage a team of Business Analysts eager to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement across the organisation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement strategies.
  • Facilitate training and development sessions to a wider audience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organisational standards.
  • Provide regular reports on the progress and success of improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive organisational culture.

A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding and practical experience of Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, and Change Management principles.
  • Certified knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods, an understanding of what to use and when.
  • A keen eye for talent and commitment to people development.
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Industry standard certification such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

A fantastic salary in the range of £60,000-£65,000. Generous holiday entitlement of 28 days plus bank holidays and birthday. Enhanced paternity and maternity pay. Flexible working with one or two days per week from the office in Bradford. Excellent pension scheme with the potential for increased returns.
