We’re looking for a Global Senior Digital Content Executive with a strong technical focus to join our dynamic Global Digital Marketing team at Spectrum Brands, working across our flagship consumer brands including Russell Hobbs, Remington, and George Foreman. This is not a social media or influencer marketing role – we need a digital content specialist with proven experience in CMS platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce), SEO, content optimisation, analytics (GA4), CRO, and ecommerce performance. If you're confident crafting high-quality product copy, optimising category and landing pages, and using data to drive decisions, we want to hear from you.

The Role

  • Manage and optimise product and category pages across global websites to support discoverability, conversion, and user experience.
  • Own and update digital content across brand sites (Russell Hobbs, Remington, George Foreman), ensuring local market alignment.
  • Support global campaign execution and manage content production in collaboration with agencies and creative teams.
  • Write and optimise compelling product copy and digital content with a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Use tools such as GA4, SEMrush, and heatmaps to evaluate content performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Brief and manage technical SEO tasks with internal teams and agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to align content with strategic digital and commercial objectives.

About you

  • Proven experience in digital content roles, ideally within an ecommerce or consumer brand environment.
  • Expert in Content Management Systems (CMS) – Magento/Adobe Commerce is highly desirable.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills – able to write for product and category pages within brand tone of voice.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, keyword optimisation, on-page best practices, and CRO.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, proactive, and a team player.

You’ll stand out if you have experience working in global or multi-region digital marketing environments, are familiar with Magento/Adobe Commerce platforms, and have previously supported SEO projects using tools like SEMrush. While this role is not focused on social media, an understanding of social content within an ecommerce context (e.g. campaign support or product launches) is a bonus. Basic social listening or video editing skills are also advantageous, though not essential.

Join a collaborative, global team where your expertise in technical digital content can directly impact how millions of consumers interact with our brands. We offer you the opportunity to work across high-profile international campaigns, develop your strategic skills, and play a key part in shaping our digital content performance.

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
  • Company Pension
  • Annual Bonus
  • Life Assurance
  • Healthcare plan
  • Colleague discount
  • Hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days WFH)
