Registered Nursing Home Manager Liverpool Up to £70k I am looking for a Registered Manager to run a luxury home with 56 beautifully appointed bedroom suites and superb facilities throughout. The home offers nursing, dementia and residential care in a modern, purpose-built home is located in a quiet, tree-lined road overlooking the grade two-listed historic park, Prince’s Park. In this post for Nursing Home Manager: * Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion and empathy * Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals who are committed to delivering person-centred care * Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support * Manage the home’s budget, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed * Develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home’s services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders * Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns * Have oversight of all records to ensure that the home’s administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner * Continuously monitor and evaluate the home’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary * Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff For this great post you will need: * NMC registration as a Nurse (preferable) * Experience in a similar role * An in-depth understanding of the regulatory requirements such as Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs and rating characteristics * To be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care and be dynamic and driven with clear ambition to develop * Experience of working with people who have dementia In return you will receive: * Fantastic support from the senior management of the company including marketing, * Comprehensive induction programme * Further training and career progression * 24 hour Employee Assistance Programme * Cost of DBS covered * *Terms and condition apply For more information on this role, please call Elite Care on (phone number removed)
