We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic primary school in the Waddesdon area. If you are enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview: As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the Key Stage 1 curriculum to young learners, ensuring they develop essential skills across all subject areas. You will create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
- Assess and track students' progress, identifying areas where additional support or challenge is needed
- Develop and implement a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students' social and emotional development

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
