Title: HR Advisor  Location: High Wycombe  Salary: £42K Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home   Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to working for a well known and well established organisation.  Responsibilities:  Provide HR Advice in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational changes and employee relations matters. Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with service areas, employees and representatives. Support the HR Business Partners on disciplinary and grievances. Prepare regular and ad hoc management information reports. Requirements: Experience providing HR advice on disciplinary and grievances and employee relations matters.
