AS OCU continues on a journey of substantial growth we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Engineerto come and join us based in Slough. The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in the product development lifecycle from concept design to production. This role requires strong technical skills creative problemsolving abilities and a passion for innovation. The Design Engineer will work closely with crossfunctional teams to design and develop products that meet customer requirements and exceed industry standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers stakeholders and customers to understand project requirements goals and constraints. Generate innovative design concepts and solutions that address user needs technical specifications and market trends. Create sketches renderings and 3D models to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. Conduct engineering analysis and simulation studies to evaluate the performance reliability and manufacturability of design concepts. Use CAD software and simulation tools to optimize designs for strength weight cost and other key factors. Iterate on designs based on analysis results and stakeholder feedback to achieve optimal outcomes.
