As an Apprentice you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. You’ll benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed.
Role accountabilities:
At Arcadis, our Digital Engineers drive our 3D digital modelling approach (BIM) across a diverse range of engineering disciplines, including Highways, Rail, and Structures. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Information Management team, where you will support these disciplines by managing and organising project information to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient project delivery.
As an Apprentice Information Manager, you will work across multiple engineering teams, gaining valuable experience in the management of digital project data and systems. You will develop key technical skills while contributing to innovation, sustainability, and ensuring project quality, deadlines, and compliance with industry standards.
On this apprenticeship you will complete the Level 4 Construction Design & Build Apprenticeship with Skills4Stem. This is delivered on a day release basis. There will be progression onto the relevant Level 5 and Level 6 apprenticeships upon completion.

Have gained a minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications, grade 4-9 Including Maths and English. And 3 A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications at CCC minimum, Maths or Sciences would be advantageous.

Be a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years prior to starting the course and have the right to work in the UK

18 (Level 6) years old and have left full time education when the apprenticeship starts

You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
