The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
As Contracts manager, you will work closely with the delivery and commercial teams as well as external consultants to ensure the smooth running of upto 4 schemes. You will be responsible for all aspects of site set up, delivery and handover including site mobilisation, program, recruitment, health & safety oversight, design co-ordination and client liaison. You will report to the Construction Director as part of a close-knit team of 3 working from the office with regular site visits., This is a key role within the business with the successful candidate expected to hit the ground running. As such, previous contracts manager experience in a similar role is essential, as is housebuilding experience with either a main contractor or developer. You will be fully IT literate and comfortable creating programmes, writing progress reports & liaising with Architects, structural engineers, clients representatives and other external stakeholders as the main point of contact.
