Sales/ Logistics Administrator

You will be tasked with receiving product orders from customers, process them in the SAP system and then organise deliveries from the 3rd party warehouse and Logistics company. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the warehouse team and the logistics company . Provide excellent customer service and deal with any issues swiftly and ensure timely resolutions. Proactively look at trends within the processes and collaborate internally and externally to help with the delivery of the service .They are a start-up branch of an international company that will grow very and quickly and within one year, expect this role to be expanded and shared (due to volume) amongst new staff members.

The key for this organisation is that the person is looking to grow with them and build on what you know today but what you want to learn and do tomorrow. SAP experience is an advantage but not a necessity but experience with an ERP system and customer service is important, so retail , manufacturing , warehouse experience exposure with ERP experience would be ideal experience .
