Day to Day Trades Supervisor Trades & Maintenance – Social Housing Permanent – Full Time – 40 Hours – up to 40k – 45k We are looking to recruit a Team Leader / Supervisor to join us in our branch in Brighton. About the Role Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll be responsible for leading a team, supporting the day to day activity. You'll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, Health, Safety and Environmental management and compliance, whilst ensuring ensure exceptional customer relationships are maintained. About You Candidates will have previous experience with a trade background (i.e., plumbing, multi skilled, carpentry etc), ideally within a social housing environment, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
